The members of the AAMA and AAMCF Board
of Directors are elected by their peers to serve a three-year term (AAMCF
one-year term) respectively.
Every year, elections are held in conjunction with the AAMA’s Annual Meeting to fill the vacancies created by departing members. The Nominating Committee is responsible for overseeing the nominations of qualified individuals to the Board of Directors for both entities.
