11th Annual Charity Golf
Outing Kicks Off A Positive Week For Coin-Op
Elk
Grove Village, IL - March 29, 2010 - The American Amusement
Machine Charitable Foundation proudly celebrated the 11th
annual Charity Golf Tournament on Tuesday, March 9th at
the Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas, NV. Some of the industries
brave men and women bundled up and took on the Arroyo course, after
witnessing the miraculous pre tee time snow flurries. Despite the
weather and the state of the economy, many members of the Coin-Op
industry came out to support the charitable foundation and the
children’s charities that benefit from AAMCF donations.
This year’s
outing offered some new events, such as the Female Caddy Raffle,
which was sponsored by Apple Industries. Golfers were given the
opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a female
caddy for the day. 3 lucky winners were accompanied throughout the
day by one of the lovely ladies.
The AAMCF
would also like to thank the following sponsors: AMI Entertainment,
Lunch Sponsor; Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, Beverage Cart Sponsor;
MegaTouch, Hole In One Sponsor and MEI, Prize Sponsor. For the 3rd
year, Firestone Financial, in additional to sponsoring 3 holes,
honored their “Platinum Club” members during the event with an
additional $500.00 donation to the AAMCF.
We would
like to recognize the following companies as 3 hole sponsors, BayTek
Games, Betson Enterprises, Brady Distributing, Fannie Farkle’s,

Valley-Dynamo. The hole sponsors for the event were American

The golfers
enjoyed the swag bags that they received, with items provided by
AAMA, AMOA, Children’s Miracel Network, Firestone Financial and
Suzo-Happ. Additional prizes were donated by AMC Distributing and
Family Fun Companies. Golfers were photographed throughout the
outing by Don Marshall of Marshall Productions, who donated his
services and pictures. Thank you again to all of those whose
generosity made this outing possible.
