AAMA keeps up with issues on Capitol Hill and will inform you of discussions being held that could effect the coin-op industry.

• AAMA understands the many concerns parents face raising their children in today's society. One of their concerns involves the violence in video games. Therefore, the AAMA has developed what is known as the Parental Advisory System. This user friendly color coded system allows parents to quickly asses the content of a particular video game. The AAMA offers informative brochures, stickers and posters on the Parental Advisory System.
• AAMA conducts a legislative conference every other year in Washington, D.C. to enable members to meet with their elected officials.
• AAMA resolved the Grey Market issue, which restored the public performance rights to the copyright holders.
• AAMA actively participates in several coalitions in order to gather intelligence and keep informed on a number of broad policy areas, which may prove of importance to AAMA members.
