Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee is responsible for maintaining employee policy and procedures related to the AAMA employee manual. They may also be responsible for handling all personnel matters regarding AAMA staff. The AAMA’s Executive Vice Chairman serves as Chairperson of this committee.

Like all Americans, our hearts and prayers go out to the victims and the families of Newtown and victims of violence everywhere.

Policy makers have chosen to take action and we at the AAMA welcome a continued dialogue with them about the role of coin operated games in society.

The Coin Operated Industry today has a vigorous Parental Advisory System (PAS) that educates parents about the content of various games, using an easy to follow color-coded system.

We also have established a Code of Conduct which includes guidelines for which our industry's manufacturers, distributors, developers and operators should follow to ensure the PAS is fully implemented.

As policy makers address the difficult questions surrounding violence in America, we at the AAMA look forward to playing an active and constructive role.
